Registrar's Office Mission Statement
The Registrar’s Office supports the mission of St. Olaf College by creating and maintaining each student's official academic record and preserving its integrity. It guides and serves the college community with confidentiality and respect, while fostering accountability and responsibility.
The job of the Registrar's Office is to ensure that all students, from the first semester through graduation, are appropriately enrolled in courses, that the college maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all St. Olaf students, both past and present, and that students and alumni have access to transcript services and verifications as necessary. The Registrar's Office serves the college community by compiling and maintaining the catalog and class and lab schedule, and providing information and reports. The Registrar's Office is the repository of the academic history of the College.
