With 24 alumni currently serving abroad in the U.S. Peace Corps, St. Olaf's No. 3 ranking among small colleges and universities earns the college a "Top 25" ranking from the service organization for the number of volunteers it produces.
Chris Raschka '81 wins second Caldecott
Chris Raschka '81 has won the 2012 Randolph Caldecott Medal for A Ball for Daisy, a wordless story of a dog’s busy day with a red ball. Raschka previously won the medal in 2006 for The Hello, Goodbye Window and he earned a Caldecott Honor in 1994 for Yo! Yes?
